Pulse’s Recovery Log
The Petite Mousse Cake is so light that Hollow Halls Eatery keeps it beneath a glass dome for fear it may drift away. It rises slightly whenever the elevator chimes and settles when someone says dessert. Pulse considers this excellent table manners.
A miniature handmade crochet mousse cake with layered colors, piped-style details, and a patisserie display feel.
